Who I AM

I have worked with Michele for about 2 years, and have enjoyed the process very much. His ability to translate the challenges of coding to non-programmers like myself has always been exceptional, as has his willingness to work collaboratively to resolve issues as and when they come up, as they inevitably do. In addition, software developed by Michele and his team as part of our project has been well designed and written, with communication and clarity of design, development, and testing being excellent. In addition to the programming side, he has also shown great project organisation ability, with both the planning and legal sides of our projects always managed clearly and efficiently. On a personal level I would describe Michele as warm, friendly, and professional. Throughout our project it has consistently been a pleasure to work with him.

Having worked together with Michele on a software development project, I got to know Michele as a warm, friendly person with exceptional project management skills. Michele's ability to explain & translate complex IT concepts to us, but also our vision of an end-product to his team of programmers has helped us in creating the product we needed.
